He was welcoming, patient and incredibly knowledgeable about vanities and tiles options. He offered me some delicious Turkish delight with Tea. Throughout the process, he listened and walked us through the different design options. We settled on a wall mounted cabinet that looks really nice. I needed the vanity fairly urgently, so James personally delivered the vanity to my house. I was very impressed by the level of customer service. We found NY Kitchen easy to work with. The team was available to touch base with throughout the project. The communication throughout the project went smoothly. While the beginning of the process was a bit slow, the wrap-up went very smoothly, and the final outcome was excellent. I was especially impressed by the team's responsiveness when my heat stopped working. They were able to come out on very short notice, which was incredibly helpful on a Sunday evening. We cannot have had a better experience. The folks at NY Kitchen assisted us with our two bathroom, full kitchen renovation from start to finish. We purchased a co-op that was outdated and needed quite a bit of updating. From the design to the color schemes to the fixtures in the cabinetry They collaborated with us every step. Prior to going with NY design, we shopped around to three other kitchen and design places in NYC. They had the best prices with high-quality products. They were super accommodating when we had to make some changes and they came out to our place multiple times to make sure measurements were correct. They even customized a cabinet on site for us when we ran into a hiccup. We paid in installments throughout the process and final payment was not requested until the job was complete. They take pride in their work and they legitimately care about their customer and how the final product looks. We can’t say enough - we had an excellent experience!
