Who this policy covers

This policy applies to NY Kitchen (“we”, “us”) and to this website at ny.kitchen. It does not cover any third-party website you reach by following a link from here.

Information you give us

We only collect what a form or feature actually asks for:

• Quote and consultation requests. Our contact and booking forms are embedded from our CRM provider, GoHighLevel. When you submit one, the details you enter — typically name, email, phone, the service you are interested in, any message, and (for bookings) your selected appointment — are captured into our CRM so we can respond.
• Project survey. If you complete our design survey, we receive the preferences, project details and any photos you choose to upload.
• Accounts and saved selections. If you create an account, we store your email and profile record, plus the products you add to your selection so they persist between visits.
• Save-your-favorites prompt. Anonymous visitors may be offered a short prompt that asks for a first name and email only — no password and no payment details.
• Chat. Our site embeds a chat widget provided by GoHighLevel. Anything you type into it is received by that provider on our behalf.

Information collected automatically

We run our own first-party analytics rather than selling your activity to an ad network. For each event we record a randomly generated visitor and session identifier, the page or action, the referring URL, your browser’s language, viewport size and user-agent string, and — if you are signed in — your account identifier. Server logs at our hosting provider also record IP addresses in the ordinary course of serving the site.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and schedule consultations.
• To maintain your account and remember your saved selection.
• To understand which pages and products are useful, so we can improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and to prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Where your information is stored

Enquiries and appointments are held in our CRM (GoHighLevel). Accounts, saved selections, submitted enquiry records and analytics events are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. The website itself is hosted on Vercel. These providers process information on our behalf so we can operate the site and respond to you.

NY Kitchen operates alongside affiliated showroom brands, and a shared product catalogue and back-office system is used across them. Enquiries you submit here are recorded as originating from NY Kitchen and are handled by our team.

Retention

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. Account data is kept while your account exists. Analytics events are retained in aggregate to understand site usage over time.

Your choices

• Access, correction or deletion. Email hello@ny.kitchen and tell us what you would like us to do. We will verify your request before acting on it.
• Marketing. Any marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
• Browser-level controls. You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings — see the Cookie Policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. We will honour a valid request regardless of where you are.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging home renovation work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
