What this website is
This site is a showroom and enquiry tool. You can browse our product catalogue, save a selection, complete a design survey, book a consultation, and send us a quote request. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a checkout.
Quotes, not instant orders. Submitting a selection, survey or enquiry through this site is a request. It does not create a contract, reserve stock, or commit either of us to a price. A project begins only when we issue a written estimate, invoice or agreement and you accept it.
Product information and pricing
We work to keep the catalogue accurate, but product listings, specifications, availability, finishes and any figures shown are provided for guidance and can change without notice. Colours and materials vary between screens and between production batches, so please confirm against a physical sample before ordering.
Nothing displayed on this site is a binding offer. Any price indication here is an estimate for planning purposes. The price that applies to your project is the one stated in the written estimate, invoice, order or agreement we provide to you.
Payment
We do not take payment through this website. Accepted payment methods, deposits, schedules and any related terms are supplied to you through the applicable estimate, invoice, order or written agreement for your project.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details confidential and let us know promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse or disrupt the site.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the catalogue.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
- Do not submit false information, or someone else’s details, through our forms.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The NY Kitchen name, site design, written content and photography are ours or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Manufacturer product images, names and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and appear here to describe the products we supply.

Our forms, booking calendar and chat are embedded from third-party providers, and some pages link to manufacturer or partner websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how information flows through the services we use.
