What we mean by cookies
Along with cookies, this site uses your browser’s local storage. Both keep small pieces of data on your device between page views. We describe them together here, because from your point of view they do the same job.
What this site stores
Essential and functional
- Sign-in session. If you have an account, your authenticated session is kept in local storage so you stay signed in as you move between pages.
- Your saved selection. Products you add are associated with your session or account so they are still there when you come back.
- Recently viewed products, so we can show you where you left off.
- Prompt state. If you dismiss the “save your favorites” prompt, we record that so it does not keep reappearing.
Analytics
- Visitor and session identifiers. Randomly generated values that let us count visits and understand how pages are used. They are not derived from your name, email or any other detail about you.
This analytics data goes to our own database. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking or profiling script on this site, and we do not use this data to target ads or share it with an ad network.
Third-party embeds
Our contact form, booking calendar and chat widget are embedded from our CRM provider, GoHighLevel. When one of those loads, that provider may set its own cookies on your device under its own terms. Those embeds are what makes it possible to send us an enquiry or book a consultation.
How to control cookies
This site does not currently show a cookie banner or offer an on-site cookie preference control. We would rather say so plainly than point you at a setting that does not exist. The controls below are the ones that genuinely work today.
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data — usually under Settings, then Privacy. You can clear what this site has stored, block it going forward, or browse in a private window so nothing is kept after you close it.
Blocking essential storage will stop parts of the site working: you will not be able to stay signed in, and your saved selection will not persist. Browsers that send a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal are respected where we are required to do so.

Changes
If we add a cookie banner, a preference control, or any third-party tracking, we will update this page before doing so. The date at the top shows when it was last reviewed.
